Gond Art on soft cotton.
The base saree is a Handspun Handwoven khadi in unbleached kora from Sandur, an NGO which is registered under the Khadi Village Industries Commission.
It is creamy in colour although it looks somewhat white in some of the pics.
Choti Tekam is a Gond artist from Bhopal. She has painted peacocks under a mahua tree.
Choti loves birds and she is inspired by her native place, the forests of Kanha.
Saree is 6.6 meters with a running blousepiece. There is no painting on the blousepiece.
Height is 46 inches suitable for tall people also.
