Auspicious Yantra-Motif Pure Silk Ikat Saree.
The base is ivory coloured and the saree has grids with small squares in the outline.
The motifs inside the grid are inspired by the design of yantras (sacred geometric diagrams) used as the base for placement of idols in temples. Handwoven in Pochampally in single ikat technique.
The saree has woven zari contrast borders and contrast Ikat palla.
There is a contrast blousepiece.
The border and palla colour is a deep pinkish maroon.
