Double Ikat Cotton Handweave Saree (KDCT0002)

Double Ikat Natural Dyes Cotton Handweave Saree from Koyyalagudem in Telangana. It’s a 16 motif multi-colour saree in pale grey, pale yellow and rust. Although both warp and weft threads are tie-dyed, the primary ikat work is along the warp. On the palla these 16 motifs have been laid out in striking banded rows highlighted by plain rust colour.
