All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Prices usually include shipping charges in India. Where it is not included, we mention it clearly in the listing. Please read the terms carefully.

Overseas delivery charges are not included in our pricing.

Payment methods accepted are credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, payment apps, wallets, and UPI. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise us to charge the designated payment method for your order.

In the event of a pricing error or any other issues with your order, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order at our discretion.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

– the product has a provable manufacturing defect (please note, handloom and handicrafts are not consistently uniform and this is not a defect)

– the product is damaged in transit (please send photograph/video of the product and packaging)

– the product has been purchased at full price and not a discounted rate

– the product has not gone through post-purchase use, and is in saleable condition with price tags intact

– the intention to return is communicated to us within 24hrs of receipt of product

– the product has been purchased from us and not from other third parties/resellers

We reserve the right to decide whether the product has a manufacturing defect, or whether it looks worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.

We will arrange to have the product collected from you. Product collection service is available only in India. For some pin codes where collection is not possible, you need to send the product to us. We will assess each case and communicate the exchange/refund decision to you.

Once we determine that a refund is due, we will process the refund within 15 working days. If you prefer to exchange the product, we will communicate to you the date by which you will receive the new item. You may also opt to adjust the refund amount against future purchases.
